At ZSconsulting, Mr. Abdullah has directed the design of performance-based
accreditation, a new approach, and led efforts to develop a system of quality
assurance for the computer software profession. Mr. Abdullah obtained his
MBA/MIS from George Washington University. Mr. Abdullah also obtained a B.S. in
Chemistry. He also obtained a B.S. in both Math and Electrical Engineering and
an A.A.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Targets: Identifying generic project management steps, JAD sessions, meeting
facilitation, providing minutes for meeting, performing gap analysis,
deliverable management, project tracking, client relationship management, team
relationship management, project control management, planning tasks and
responsibilities, budgets, scheduling by MS Project and MS Project server, and
performing milestone reviews. Perform EVMS, QC/QA analysis.
Kenneth Brown

Mr. Kenneth Brown is the chief officer for strategy and business development of
ZSConsulting. Mr. Brown's experience includes over 10 years of experience in IT
consulting. Kenneth also has an extensive background in government affairs and
public policy in Washington, D.C. His commentary on the direction of IT mergers,
trends, and markets have been published in over 100 periodicals and newsletters
including Wired Magazine, ZDNet, and PC Magazine. Kenneth is a graduate of
George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
M. Scott Evans
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Evans obtained a B.S. with a double major in Computer Science and Electrical
Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Functional Experience: With over ten years of experience in the IT field, he has
developed and managed various projects, architecture development, system
analysis, as well as design and software engineering standardization. He has
significant experience with project management and life-cycle methodologies
including requirements gathering and documentation, developing testing plans,
technical process flows, and quality assurance and implementation. He also has
experience in the Telecommunications industry with a strong knowledge of billing
and customer care issues. He is skilled in regulation and policy writing as well
as educational instruction.
Kurt Schlimme
Chief Business Architect
Mr. Schlimme received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from the
University of Maryland. He also received a master of Business Administration
from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Mr.
Schlimme enjoys participation in road races and triathlons, and is active in
environmental concerns.
Functional Experience: More than 6 years of experience in software development
with VB, MS ACCESS, Seagate Crystal Report, MS Office Devlopment by VBA,MS
SQL,Oracle, and Java as a core technology .Extensive experience in Enterprise
technologies such as EJBs, Servlets, JSPs, JMS and JDBC. Experienced in Object
Oriented Analysis and Design. Adept at programming and scripting languages such
as JAVA, PERL & JavaScript. Also adept at query and markup languages (SQL,
HTML). Working knowledge of languages such as C/C++, Pascal.
Hands-on experience of working with network protocols (TCP/IP), GUI design and
multi-threaded systems SQL Server, Oracle, HTML, SQL, IIS, NT, Netscape
Enterprise, PowerBuilder, Access, FORTRAN, COBOL, APL, SAS, JCL, IBM 3090, IBM
PC, DOS, TSO/ISPF.
Muhammad Faraz Bukhari

Mr. Bukhari joined ZSConsulting Inc. from yEvolve technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. where
he served to develop the company's strategic approach for the new millennium and
established a successful CAD related software development organization. Bukhari
earned a Master's in IT Management from Staffordshire University, UK.
He has more than 6 years of experience in IT Industry. He has an impressive
track record of Software development /IT management assignments.
